BlingBaddaBoom guarantees satisfaction. If you do not absolutely love your pieces, a return or exchange may be done. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Any returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items will not be refunded if we receive your return damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
It is recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. We cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
If you are returning an item from outside the US, any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard mail.
